Why Haus of Charlotte

The same polished result, built to work for you

Buyers respond to light, scale and a clear sense of how each room is used. That is what professional staging delivers, and it is exactly what we deliver. The difference is in how it works for you as the seller.

Who you'll work with

Led by Savannah Lueck

Savannah is a Charlotte native, a REALTOR® with The Redbud Group at Keller Williams South Park and a trained oil painter. She founded Haus of Charlotte so her sellers could have professional staging that fits their sale, with a small in-house team that answers to her directly.

Every plan starts with her eye for light, color and composition. On select homes, the finishing layer includes original work from local Charlotte artists.

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS™) seal
The CLHMS™ designation

Luxury marketing standards, room by room

Savannah holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS™) designation from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. It is earned through specialized luxury training and documented sales in the top tier of the local market, and kept through active membership with The Institute.

For you, it means your staging is planned with the same standards used to market luxury homes: how each room photographs, how buyers move through it, and what they remember after the showing.

Questions

What sellers ask us

Is this the same as hiring a professional staging company?

Yes. We plan, furnish and style your home for photography and showings the same way a staging company does. The difference is that we are part of your listing team, so the timing, the length and the details are built around your sale.

How long does the staging stay?

It depends on your home and your timeline. We set the length together before install, and we can adjust it if your plans change.

We are still living in the house. Can you help?

Yes. Occupied styling works with your own furniture. We edit, rearrange and add accent pieces so the rooms photograph well and stay livable while you are there.

What do we need to do before install day?

Clear personal items and have the home clean. We go over exactly what to prep, room by room, at the walk-through.

Which rooms do you stage?

Usually the rooms buyers see first in photos: living, dining, kitchen, primary bedroom and entry. We recommend the right mix for your floor plan at the walk-through.
